Das der Gurt unterhalb der Schulter sein soll/kann, kann ich mir nicht vorstellen, der haelt doch dann garnicht richtig...

Danke ....ich habe beide gerade mal gewogen.

Joshua ist sieben und wiegt jetzt 26 kg.
Hannah ist 5 und wiegt 18 kg (ist auch recht schmal und dünn).

Ich weiß nicht, ob ich Hannah noch dazu kriegen könnte, mit fünf-Punkt Gurt angeschnallt zu werden, da sie jetzt seit Ende Dezember in dem Maxi Cosi Rodi fährt und stolz wie Oskar ist, dass sie jetzt in einem Sitz für große Mädchen fahren darf.

Mir gefällt der Recaro Vivo, bzw. der Recaro Young Style sehr gut.

Hannah kann ruhig in einem Booster fahren, sie hat das richtige Alter und das richtige Gewicht! Wir empfehlen immer ein Minimum von 4 Jahren UND 40 lbs ( also 18kg ).

So steht es in meinem Unterlagen vom CPT ( Child Passenger Technician ) Lehrgang

The safety harness must be in the slots that are at or below the child's shoulders.
In a rear-facing seat, the harness will hold the child down and in the seat in a crash. The harness must be at or below the shoulders to do this properly. If the harness is above the shoulders, the child can "ramp up" or rotate toward the top of the seat, exposing the head and neck to possible injury. For newborns and very young babies, the bottom harness slot may still be above the shoulders. As long as the harness is in the bottom slots, and the harness is snug, this will protect the baby.

Lauren hat auch einen Nautilus, aber nur fuer wenn wir nach Deutschland reisen! Zu Hause ist sie immernoch ausschliesslich rueckwaerts fahren. Hier ist die Maus komplett weggetreten im Flugzeug :

Und er sieht auch viel zu locker aus. Zwischen Kind und dem Gurt sollte nur Platz fuer einen Finger sein. Auf dem Photo sieht das so schlabbrig aus.
