Wie komme ich am schnellsten an eine Greencard/Arbeitserlaubnis? (bin Schauspieler)

ich dachte immer, der auftraggeber, der dich bucht, muß sich um das arbeitsvisum kümmern.

Ich danke euch vielmals. Habe eben gerade bei American Dream geschaut. Greencard dauert allerdings zu lange.

Für mich kommt ein O-1B Visa in Frage, da erfülle ich die Bedingungen locker.

Habe American Dreams mal geschrieben. Mal schauen was sie mir raten.

Aha...erzaehl mal...was hast du fuer Auszeichnungen etc?

A written advisory opinion, describing your ability as follows:

If the petition is based on your extraordinary ability in the arts, the consultation must be from a peer group (including labor organizations) in your field of endeavor; or a person or persons designated by the group with expertise in the your area of ability
• If the petition is based on your extraordinary achievements in the motion picture or television industry, separate consultations are required from a labor and a management organization with expertise in your field of endeavor
A copy of any written contract between you and the petitioner or a summary of the terms of the oral agreement under which you will be employed

Evidence that you have received, or been nominated for, significant national or international awards or prizes in the particular field, such as an Academy Award, Emmy, Grammy or Director's Guild Award, or evidence of at least (3) three of the following:

Performed or will perform services as a lead or starring participant in productions or events which have a distinguished reputation as evidenced by critical reviews, advertisements, publicity releases, publications, contracts or endorsements

Die koennen dir ,solange du keinen AG hast, der das Visa beantragt, garnicht helfen...es muss I-129 vom petitioner ausgefuellt werden..

Die Bearbeitungsdauer ist ca. 45 tage und gilt auch nur so lange wie der Event/Activity dauert.. + 10 Tage vorher und nachher...

Die koennen dir ,solange du keinen AG hast, der das Visa beantragt, garnicht helfen...es muss I-129 vom petitioner ausgefuellt werden..

Die Bearbeitungsdauer ist ca. 45 tage und gilt auch nur so lange wie der Event/Activity dauert.. + 10 Tage vorher und nachher...

Und genau bei solchen Dingen können sie ihn beraten

Na zusammen mit dem AG den Antrag ausfüllen usw. Was an welche Behörde geschickt werden muß und der ganze Kram halt.
