The State Department will not issue those visas to students planning to attend schools that will only offer remote learning and Customs and Border Protection officials will not allow such applicants to enter the country.

Für reguläre campus students hätte man auch eine Ausnahme machen können, aber
so kann man den ausländischen Absolventen natürlich auch den Zugang zum amerikanischen Arbeitsmarkt verbauen.

Solange man echte Klassen hat, sind die Visa weiterhin gültig. Bei einem Mischbetrieb, ist Papierkram fällig.
Früher konnte man nach dem Studium noch 1- 2 Jahre im Land bleiben um einen Job zu finden, das ist glaub ich eh nicht mehr möglich oder wird gerade geändert.
