Marketing Analyst

Job Description
This global role will be responsible for facilitating effective marketing measurement initiatives across all I&S business units
- Support broker analysis effort in areas that include broker mapping, competitor research and production support metric reporting
- Analyze broker production data, market share stats, competitor information, relationship maps and general market trends in order to guide underwriters toward business growth opportunities
- Standardize manual data collection and analysis efforts and work with IT teams to automate key processes.
- Generate new content for I&S Broker portal and support ongoing training and support for this community.
- Support business teams across I&S in multiple marketing initiatives including conferences, marketing material, NPS, advertising, newsletters, research, website design and maintenance, etc.
- External training and education of client managers and underwriters on business development opportunities
- Coordinate andsupport broker/client meetings
- Assist in the development of the annual marketing plan
- Provide research and analysis support for marketing effectiveness efforts and regular ROI reporting
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Actively participate in projects as assigned
- Participate in industry related organizations, groups and affiliations


Requirements
- College degree with insurance, business or marketing emphasis preferred
- 3-5 years experience in a sales, underwriting or marketing organization of an insurance entity
- 1-2 years experience as a marketing analyst
- Working knowledge of insurance operations, underwriting, marketing systems
- Must be highly organized and able to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Exhibit a commitment to customer service
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good negotiation skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to effectively manage a team to achieve goals
- Strong customer service skills
- A desire to learn and grow professionally
- Word, excel and database skills
- Some travel will be required.
