Job Description
Deliver an efficient and customer friendly Identity and Access Management service for infrastructure, shared folders and business applications.
This position belongs to the team who signs responsible for being:
Single Point of contact (SPOC) for internal and external customer's) on all non standard access requests based on the agreed service level agreements (SLAs)
Responsible for the resolution of all non standard requests
Supporting the customers readiness (e.g. training, awareness, power-tips)
Managing the knowledge management database for Access Management (liaise with the Customer Service Desk)
Supporting all product and automation related activities to increase efficiency and effectiveness
Supports application migration / integration
Responsible for recertification of all SOX relevant applications
Ensure 4 eyed principle concepts are adhered to where applicable.
Ensure the correct process and procedures are followed.
Monitor system access, application activity and security violations

A Proactive, Team Player willing to contribute ideas and help grow the team required. Must also have good attention to detail and be a good communicator
Experience of using administrating tool is a plus.
Experience within a similar IT Function is a plus.
